Hey, I’m Jessica!
My Friends Call Me Swift…
Yet, I'm everything but quick.
I don't do halfway. I specialize in "all or nothing."
I put my heart & soul, blood, sweat, & tears in what I do.
So, if you prefer something quick like a frozen pizza…
Well, I’m probably NOT the right photographer for you.
Besides, in the
story of my life,
I forget what’s in the oven…
Actually, there’s probably something burning in my oven as you read this…
But, if you value
the creative process…
I can’t wait to tell
your story!
first, here's mine!
“A Jack of all trades is a master of none,
but often times better than a master of one.”
Elizabethian Proverb
The Basics
I’m a Wife, Mom, Registered Nurse, Photographer, & Former Hairstylist. A theatre kid at heart, it took me 36 years and learning the “new trade” of photography, to fully recognize I am an artist.
Showcasing my background & personality in a business name also meant embracing my unique skillset. Imagine someone empathetic & mindful of holistic needs of others, who believes all her “idea notes” can be brought to life using the magic of lighting, hairspray, and a staple gun.
I love family, nature, & traveling. My home base is in Fredericktown, Missouri. When I have a movement of free time, you can bet I’m on a location scouting adventure, including camping and exploring with family. In the year 2023, I faced many barriers, but will not allow this to halt my photography, for it also happens to be my personal self-care. Though I intend to continue serving clients on an exclusive basis, I will also have periods of time where I will share self-portraits and digital creations I have been working on since I began this journey.
My Vision
Love, Empowerment, & Fun.
Sharing my passion for the healing power the arts with youth through service and educating within my scope.
Helping clients easily create & document memories, being mindful of behavioral health and special needs.
Empowering others to use creative self-expression, harnessing the power of their own narrative.

My journey really dates back to
a black and white photo of my grandparents
and their 12 kids…
I would stare, in awe, of the art that was the beehive.
I got my first 35 mm film camera at 12
The minute I got wheels, I was driving my friends to thrift stores & MO State Parks for photos
As I hairdresser, I continued dressing friends up & photographing them
